What is HomeOven?

HomeOven is an initiative from www.warmoven.in to help home bakers find new customers and expand without having to worry about setting up their commercial operations. All of us have come across delicious bakes from some or the other home baker. Unfortunately, these home bakers have not been able to offer their goodies beyond their small social circle due to limitations of marketing, ability to deliver to their customers and getting paid in a scalable manner. HomeOven provides a platform for WarmOven customers to explore and find new home bakers and try out their products while helping these home bakers with the setup required to serve such customers.

Why should I order from HomeOven?

That delicious apple pie you have watched on a cooking show, fabulous desserts that are shown on Master Chef, those heavenly bites that some colleague of yours raves about, none of those are available in the regular bakery outlets. These are products that home bakers have and we now offer you an opportunity to taste these goodies.

How do I order from HomeOven?

Offerings from our partner home bakers are listed along with the price and lead times on our website. You can make a request for any of the products with us for the date of delivery of your choice and in turn we will check with the home baker of the possibility to bake the product on that specific date. Upon confirmation from the home baker, you can confirm the order with us and those delectable goodies will be delivered to your doorstep by the WarmOven delivery executive on the promised date.

Can I order for immediate delivery from HomeOven?

Since home bakers do not run a commercial operation, they may not be able to serve your requests immediately. For all such cases, we recommend ordering from WarmOven.

What if I do not like the product? Can I get a refund?

Tastes vary. We will not be able to refund your money, if for some reason you do not like the product. However, you can provide your rating and comments for the home baker. We expect people like you to help curate the home bakers we have on the platform.

I know of a home baker who makes awesome cakes, but they are not on your platform. How can I order from them?

We would love to have such home bakers on our platform. Please email us at reena@warmoven.in with the details of the home baker and we will do our best to onboard such home bakers on HomeOven.

Why should I come onboard HomeOven?

If you are interested in baking and want to expand your fan following, Home Oven provides you an opportunity to scale without having to worry about delivering to your customers.

How do I come onboard HomeOven?

Go to http://www.homeoven.in/my-account/ and register yourself as a vendor and provide all the required details. Once registered you have access to your Dashboard, from where you can list your products and you have your own store front. Using the Dashboard, you can manage your account, orders and products and add terms and conditions as per your preference. This is all it takes to go live.

How will I serve customer orders?

Whenever there is a customer interested in your product, our sales team will reach out to you and confirm the date and time for the order. Upon your confirmation, we will accept the order from the customer. We will work with you to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer’s doorstep on the promised date and time.
